By booking a wedding with us, you are agreeing to accept all the below terms and conditions.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEE IF MY APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
At Total Brides we feel everyone’s pain…it’s a very sad time
However we are more than happy to transfer your deposit to a new date should you have to cancel because of covid19 …
Should we not be available for the new date we are happy to use the funds for a special occasion if available subject to conditions.
If you are cancelling completely then the deposit is non refundable…
If we are already booked up on the new date, then we will refund 50% of your deposit due to administration costs and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your appointment.
OUR DEPOSIT POLICY
Bookings can only be confirmed once a deposit/booking fee has been received. All deposits/booking fees are non refundable nor transferable. This secures our stylists for your wedding date
If you like you can trial first to be sure you would like to book with us,
Or you can send a deposit/booking fee to confirm the booking and then trial closer to your day. Let us know which suits you best
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking any payments you have made are strictly non-refundable, and non-transferable.
If we book you in for hair or makeup it means we cannot book other clients and it’s likely we have turned away other business. Due to our popularity we are usually gratefully booked months in advance
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
Should someone want to cancel before the wedding they will lose their deposit
Should they want to cancel 8 weeks or less before the wedding they will have to pay full price ( or they can get someone else in their stead )
Total Brides have their own brand of hair extensions called Red Carpet Hair Extensions which we can organise for the Bride or any of her Bridal party
Please inform us prior to your trial so we can order in the correct colour and advise you on pricing.
If a member of the bridal party or the Bride wishes to bring their own clip in extensions and they want our hairstylist to place and curl them, an additional fee will added for the extra time
We must be notified of this before the wedding day
Parking must be provided for and paid for by the client.
Our hair and makeup artists carry a lot of heavy equipment so valet parking at all hotels is a must and will need to be arranged prior to the wedding date please.
Travel fee will depend on location and how many stylists. We can quote with more details on email.
EARLY MORNING WEDDINGS
We charge $40 per stylist for every 30 mins apply if starting time before 6am
MAKING YOUR DAY MORE RELAXED
We will email you regarding prep on your wedding day which should be passed to your Bridal party…If this is not followed then we cannot guarantee a relaxing morning
Please ensure every member of your party is aware of starting times on the day and that they need to be there at the given time
Please ensure all other instructions provided to you prior to the booking are followed, e.g. to make sure hair is washed and dried straight the night before..
Styling irons are extremely hot, and hazardous, and we will not be held responsible if a child is injured as a result of the parent or carer not being present.
We are not obliged to stay if we have completed our work before the estimated completion time.
Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
If you or your bridal party are suffering from any type of contagious illness including eg conjunctivitis, eye styes/cysts, cold sores, open wounds/cuts on the face and neck, staph infection, head lice, or a flu or other contagious illness…We need to be informed before commencement and we reserve the right to refuse service of any infectious person. This is a precaution taken in order to ensure no contamination of our products nor onto another person
CANCELLATIONS AND ISSUES
If you need to cancel your booking any payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
